BOTTOM OF THE ROSE
In the mental and emotional realm, it can contribute to mental balance, help induce calm and harmonious sleep. It can lead you to love, trust and acceptance of yourself, strengthening the mind and heart and helping you to find well-being again. On a deeper level, it can be considered the "flower of love" as it is also traditionally called. It was dedicated to Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love, beauty and fertility. The ancient Persians, Egyptians, Indians, Greeks and Romans appreciated its enchanting scent. This only underlines the important therapeutic significance of rose essence. The alluring floral sensuality has made the rose a recognised aphrodisiac. If you are feeling wounded in your ability to love yourself, rose oil will bring a sweet, gentle peace, helping you to overcome hopelessness, anxiety and grief, and the belief that we will be able to love again. It harmonizes and improves mood.

Strawberries
Strawberries are a very rich source of vitamin C, comparable to citrus fruits. In addition to their high vitamin C content, they are also a rich source of vitamins A, B, E and organic acids (such as malic, citric, quinic, oxalic, salicylic and ellagic acids, which are active in the prevention of cancer). The strawberry also contains easily digestible fibre, which allows for easy further cooking and the production of jams or marmalades. Of the minerals present in strawberries, potassium, zinc, magnesium, sulphur, calcium and then some atypical elements such as boron, fluorine, cobalt and molybdenum. They are also a significant source of fluid, as the fruit is made up of 87 % water. Compared to other fruits, they contain a small proportion of natural sugars. Consumption of strawberries is said to have a positive effect on the production of testosterone, which activates sperm. It promotes blood circulation in the sexual organs due to its high content of antioxidants. They also promote metabolism, excretion, counteract the formation of urinary and gallstones, reduce colds, and help in the treatment of heart disease.

SENCHA GREEN TEA
Sencha contains many antioxidants, has a stimulating effect, slows the aging process and lowers blood pressure. The beneficial effects of drinking green tea are widely recognized, especially for the following diseases: diabetes, infectious diseases, tooth decay, cancer prevention and high cholesterol. This green tea is a favourite in Japan, where it is drunk practically every day.

RAISIN
Raisins have a wide range of actions from constipation, acidosis, anemia, fever to sexual dysfunction. They help lower blood pressure and protect the integrity of heart health, slowing the postprandial insulin response, which means they can help reduce the fluctuations in insulin levels after meals that can be dangerous for diabetic patients - increasing steadiness and stability. Raisins are also known to help with gaining weight in a healthy way, and have a positive effect on eye health, dental health and bone quality.

LEVANDER
Lavender essential oil is chemically very complex - it consists of more than 150 substances. It supports digestion and sleep. It is also often used to calm anxiety and depression. Because of its ability to improve mood, lavender has been considered an antidepressant.

AROMA OF CHAMPAGNE
A team of scientists from the University of Reading in the UK has found that two glasses of champagne a day are good for the human heart. Sparkling wine increases the body's blood circulation, lowers blood pressure and the likelihood of blood clots. There are also claims that drinking Champagne regularly can combat memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer's disease.

The legend of tea:
Tea is a beverage that accompanies us in our daily lives and perhaps for many people it seems mundane and ordinary. It is almost unbelievable that it only appeared in Europe a few hundred years ago. Over the centuries, it has gone from being the drink of the richest to a beverage that almost everyone loves. The oldest herbarium that records tea comes from China and dates back 1500 years. Legends of tea's miraculous powers, however, were told many centuries earlier. In the 6th century, tea became the drink of the aristocracy.

Taste our unique and delicate Ayurvedic, fruit and sencha teas and travel the world with them. The taste and aroma of each loose tea is very varied and starting the day with a sip of this delicious drink is very pleasant. Treat yourself to a quality selection of pure loose-leaf tea from the ETERNAL TEA COLLECTION.
