Personal recommendations for preparation:
French Press or filter, pour half a teaspoon (2 g) over 2 dcl of hot water (80°C) or one teaspoon (4 g) over 1 litre of hot water, leave to infuse for 2 min.
For the best effect, we recommend drinking regularly for at least 3 months.
