This blend is made by combining freshly roasted dandelion root with cinnamon, cloves, licorice and high quality coconut milk.

DANDELION
Dandelion root contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels, normal lipid levels, normal cardiovascular system function - blood cholesterol (extract), body cleansing, normal digestion and liver function, stomach function and function, normal urinary system function. It acts on carbohydrate metabolism and last but not least it acts as a prebiotic and antioxidant.

CINNAMON
Cinnamon contains antimicrobial substances that fight infections and viruses. It can also help with colds and flu, as well as protect the health of the heart and blood vessels by lowering blood cholesterol levels and the risk of heart disease

CLOVE
An important substance found in cloves is eugenol, which has antibacterial, antifungal and anti-cancer properties. It can relieve pain, is weakly numbing, and is mainly used in dentistry. A single clove placed on a sore tooth helps to bridge the time until a visit to the dentist. Clove tea fights off intestinal parasites and helps with nausea and vomiting.

LICORICE
The substances from licorice have a beneficial effect on the production of gastric juices, thus affecting the balanced functioning of the digestive system. It promotes proper respiratory function and is also traditionally used for fatigue and hormonal problems.

COCONUT MILK
It is rich in vitamins B, C, E and K and mineral elements. By consuming coconut milk you can lower blood pressure and calm your nerves. Coconut improves digestion and bowel problems as it promotes the absorption of other nutrients including vitamins, minerals and amino acids. In addition, coconut is gluten-free, toxic-free, hypoallergenic and contains antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and antiparasitic medicinal ingredients. Unlike many other high carbohydrate fruits, coconuts contain mostly fat. Minerals include manganese and calcium, which are essential for bone health, copper and iron, which help make red blood cells, and selenium (an antioxidant), which can protect our cells.

Ingredients:
56% coconut milk powder,
34 % roasted ground cream of tartar root,
7,5 % ground cinnamon bark,
3 % ground clove flower,
1,5 % ground liquorice root.

Personal preparation recommendations:
Place one teaspoon of the mixture in a sieve or FrenchPress, pour in approx. 2 - 3cl boiling water (100 °C). Ideally sweeten with honey.
